This alternative route to the Inca Trail offers a perfect combination of high mountain passes, stunning snow-capped peaks, lush cloud forests, and ancient Inca ruins. This trek is ideal for adventurers seeking less crowded paths, dramatic natural beauty, and a deep cultural experience. From glacial lakes like Humantay to tropical valleys filled with orchids and coffee plantations, each day reveals a new side of the Andes. The journey culminates with a magical visit to the lost city of Machu Picchu, entering through Aguas Calientes after a rewarding and unforgettable trek.
