Continue the journey south to explore the mysterious Nazca Lines from the sky, observe abundant wildlife on the Ballestas Islands, and walk along the dramatic coastlines of the Paracas Reserve. This immersive tour offers a perfect balance of history, nature, and adventure – ideal for travelers seeking to experience the very best of Peru.

Day 1 – Lima City Tour with Huaca Pucllana

Start with a tour through the residential districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. Visit the financial center, El Golf, El Olivar, Huaca Pucllana (pre-Inca pyramid temple), and the Park of Love. Continue to the Historic Center of Lima, visiting Plaza San Martín, colonial balconies, Plaza Mayor, and the Santo Domingo Convent.

Day 2 – Cusco City Tour

Transfer to the airport and flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy a coca tea. In the afternoon, visit the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, Qoricancha Temple, and the nearby ruins of Kenko, Puka Pukara, Tambomachay, and the fortress of Sacsayhuaman.

Day 3 – Sacred Valley of the Incas

Begin the tour at 8:00 AM with a stop at the Corao viewpoint. Visit Pisaq Market and Archaeological Site. Enjoy a buffet lunch in Urubamba. In the afternoon, explore the Ollantaytambo fortress and then stop in Chinchero to see its ruins and colonial church before returning to Cusco.

Day 4 – Start of the Inca Trail

Early morning transfer to Chilca (Km 88). Meet porters and begin the trek along the Urubamba River to Patallaqta for lunch. Continue through Huayllabamba to Llullucayoc for dinner and overnight camp.

Day 5 – Inca Trail

Hike to the Warmiwañusca Pass (4,200 m), the highest point of the trail. Admire the panoramic views and descend to the Pacaymayo Valley for tea, dinner, and camping.

Day 6 – Inca Trail

After breakfast, hike through the semi-tropical valley, visit Runkurakay and Sayacmarca. Lunch en route. Continue to Puyupatamarca (City in the Clouds), and camp at Wiñaywayna (2,690 m) after dinner.

Day 7 – Machu Picchu via the Sun Gate

Early morning arrival at the Sun Gate (Inti Punku) with panoramic views of Machu Picchu. Enjoy a guided tour of the citadel, visiting its most important temples and plazas. Take the bus down to Aguas Calientes for lunch. Return by train to Ollantaytambo and continue to Cusco by bus.

Day 8 – Cusco to Paracas

After breakfast, transfer to Cusco airport for your flight to Lima. Upon arrival, transfer to the bus terminal for the journey to Paracas. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 9 – Ballestas Islands and Paracas Reserve

After breakfast, visit the Ballestas Islands, passing by the Candelabra geoglyph. Spot sea lions, penguins, and seabirds. Continue with a visit to the Paracas Reserve. In the afternoon, travel by bus to Nazca and check into your hotel.

Day 10 – Nazca Lines Overflight & Return to Lima

Breakfast and transfer to the aerodrome. Take a 30-minute overflight to observe the mysterious Nazca Lines, including the monkey, spider, and hummingbird. In the afternoon, bus back to Lima. Upon arrival, transfer to the airport or your hotel.
