Itinerary
Full Day – Huchuy Qosqo by Mountain Bike

We depart from Cusco at 8:00 AM in private transport, arriving at 9:00 AM at the starting point in the town of Cuyo, in Chinchero. We begin with an ascent of approximately 3 km to reach the highest point of the route at 4,250 meters.

From there, we descend along ancient Inca trails to reach the Inca city of Huchuy Qosqo, where we will have a guided tour. After visiting the site, we continue with the second part of the descent down to the Sacred Valley, arriving in the town of Lamay around 4:00 PM.

Return to Cusco is estimated between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. End of the tour.

Solo Traveller

Mountain biking from Huchuy Qosqo through the Sacred Valley was an incredible experience. The ride took me through beautiful Andean landscapes, with quiet villages and stunning mountain views along the way. The trail had a good mix of challenging spots and smooth sections, perfect for adventurous riders. Visiting the Inca ruins at Huchuy Qosqo was a great cultural bonus, and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the trip. Definitely a memorable way to explore this part of Peru!
